Jul. 4th, 2007 11:47 pmIs there anyone coming to Polaris this weekend who owns Andromeda on DVD? nexstarman is looking for a copy so that he can show an episode in the video room this weekend. (Silly me, I didn't ask which episode... perhaps he'll comment below. :) )
Which reminds me, I should start packing, since I'll be heading up to the hotel tomorrow in the late afternoon...
But before I do, have a gander at this contribution to Ansible by Hugo- and Nebula Award winning author Ursula K. LeGuin. Thanks tomoon_custafer for the link. (In a funny coincidence, I was on the phone for about an hour this evening with Ambrose, and The Left Hand Of Darkness came up in conversation. He thought I'd said Heart Of Darkness, and asked, "Joseph Conrad?" When I said, "No, Ursula K. LeGuin," and we realized where the mixup had occurred, it led to a discussion of a mashup of the two novels which would be titled Generic Body Part Of Darkness...)
