Someone remind me why I thought it would be a good idea to go out drinking with [livejournal.com profile] cuteteenboy tonight?

I am so plastered right now. I can't type a single sentence without making at least one typo. Though it took until the word "one" before I made my first in that last sentence... it doesn't help that I don't look at the keyboard when I'm typing.

Though his co-worker is cute. And likes older guys. Unfortunately, he's looking for a sugar daddy. *sigh*

As I figured, I was a bit hung over today. It wasn't too bad, though - I guess staying up until 5:30 and drinking water was helpful. I still felt a bit "blah", though.

This just popped up in my Inbox:

This arrived courtesy of something called MinorityProfessionalNetwork.com. I have no idea who they are, or how I got on their mailing list... I suspect they got my address off one of the LGBT Yahoogroups I'm on, as I occasionally get spam from other organizations that seem to be related to the topic of some of my groups. I guess they didn't have enough fun grilling James Hormel when he was appointed ambassador to the Netherlands (or was it Belgium?), and they're looking for more queer ambassadors. Either that, or they're looking to rile up the religious right some more...

I also finally got around to going through some of the Workopolis emails that had been collecting in my Inbox over the past couple of weeks. Most of the positions being advertised were still open, so I applied for six which I was actually qualified for. (I'm not sure why I keep getting emails for jobs requiring ASP, .NET, Javascript, C#, and other things that I don't have listed in my profile...) Two are with Royal Bank of Canada (actually, RBC Financial Group), one with CIBC Mellon, two with Procom and one advertised by David Aplin Recruiting.

'Boston Legal' was excellent again this evening... )
