Should I, or shouldn't I? Will I, or won't I?

The question is, should I go out for a beer or not, on the off-chance that I might see John at Woody's, with this being the tail end of March Break?

The drawback is that I have a Torcon meeting tomorrow afternoon, and I've been asked to take minutes as the recording secretary won't be there, and as I did the job for nearly three years I've been asked to fill in.

(Why I said yes, I'm not sure, considering that I found out that I had been replaced in that job when I got the email that was sent out to all of the members of the corporation advising them that this other person had agreed to take the job...)
