Yes, there are a lot of apartment buildings around here, and a few condos, and a couple of office buildings, but they tend to be clustered right around Eglinton itself. Go a couple of blocks north or a couple of blocks south, and get a block or two away from Yonge, and there are plenty of single-family houses.
