I think there's potential there, though. I think that the major flaw in this episode was that Gabriel Hogan was onscreen too much - he drove every aspect of the plot, except for the senior partner and the young guy making themselves sick on nicotine gum and chewing tobacco. (And I admit, that bit was kind of lame.) In any show, we need to get to know the main characters better before they can be torn down and ridiculed. This particular episode might have worked better a few weeks in.
