It always amazes me that so many people don't know how to tie a tie. I never had any occasion to wear one before.
I bought it to wear in a movie (a no-budget production) in which I was playing a cub reporter for a tabloid newspaper who finds Elvis, and had to get a fellow cast member to tie it for me. That's so cool. I love amateur movies. :D
But you need a pipe to complete the ensemble. ... for purely aesthetic purposes, of course. ;)
