Can I just say how despicable I'm finding AA's actions here? I flew AA for the first time to LACon last month and actually enjoyed the flight enough that I was considering using them for all my flights in the future. Well, that's certainly NOT going to happen now, and I'll be emailing them first thing tomorrow to let them know it.
