I wanted Washington fired initially because not only did he did he utter a homophobic slur against Knight buuut he shoved and choked a fellow castmate. Good thing Dempsey is able to defend himself but Washington has done that before (physically fought with a coworker). Sorry, being violent and homophobic and an all around douchebag would get you off my set. LOL I don't know what Washington was thinking at the Golden Globes. *rolls eyes*

As for Chris Potter, unfortunately if I remember correctly it wasn't only that his child was being verbally picked on but physically assaulted and threatened. In the end, Potter had security watching his family. Some people really suck.
